The position reports to the Head of Technical Standards and Compliance Division and will be responsible to but not limited to review, check, audit and verify sewerage products and equipment submissions for approval.
2. EXECUTIVE, REGULATORY REFORMS AND INTEGRATION

Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Reforms and Integration, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the formulation, interpretation and review of restructuring strategies and activities of the water industry. He/she will be required to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including project evaluation, financial modeling and scenario analysis.
3. EXECUTIVE, LICENSING AND TARIFF
Work location : Cyberjaya
The position reports to the Head of Licensing and Tariff Division and will be responsible to analyze the water tariff setting which include reviewing the business plan proposals. The position will also be responsible to monitor and ensure that licensing and permit applications are processed timely and as per guidelines.
4. EXECUTIVE, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Work location : Cyberjaya
The position reports to the Head of Consumer Affairs, Monitoring and Enforcement Division and will be responsible to conduct prosecutions under the Water Services Industry Act 2006 which includes conducting trials, mentions and pre-trial Sessions Courts, assessing and reviewing investigation findings, drafting of court papers, interviewing and preparation of witnesses, processing of compounds, and researching and writing opinions on evidential and other enforcement related issues. The candidate will also be responsible to carry out enforcement actions and investigations on suspected breach the Water Services Industry Act 2006 and also handling and managing consumer affairs related matters.
5. EXECUTIVE, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Work location : Cyberjaya
The position reports to Unit Head, Human Resource and will be responsible to conduct and prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on SPAN’s business direction and employees’ needs to determine core and non-core training programs for the organization. He/she will also be responsible to prepare annual training calendar, establish and monitor annual training budget and ensure that employees’ training records are maintained and updated.
6. INTERNAL AUDIT ASSISTANT
Work location : Cyberjaya
This position will report to Sr. Executive, Internal Audit and will be responsible to assist the Unit in preparing the audit program, assess and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and operational efficiencies, execute internal audit activities and assist in preparing audit report and findings.
7. HR ASSISTANT
Work location : Cyberjaya
The position reports to the Head of Unit, Human Resource and will be responsible to provide administrative support to the unit, arrange and schedule interview appointments, maintain and update HR records and personal files, leave administration and coordinate internal and external training programs.
8. DIRECTOR, SOUTHERN REGION
Work location : Johor Bahru
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of SPAN, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the strategic KPIs set for the water and sewerage operators at the southern region states are monitored accordingly. Plan and ensure that technical audit on the Certifying Agencies is conducted in accordance with audit program, carry out the enforcement and investigation activities and ensure that complaints and issues raised by the consumers or operators at the region is addressed appropriately, timely and efficiently.
9. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, SOUTHERN REGION
Work location : Johor Bahru
Reporting to the Director, Southern Region Office, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Director for ensuring that the strategic KPIs set for the water and sewerage operators at the southern region states are monitored accordingly.
