Jawatan yang ditawarkan : Contract Operation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Manager, Strategic Communications  Projects, the candidate is required to perform the following functions:
1.Event Management, Administration & Logistics
  • Plan, organise and implement FIDE FORUM’s (“FORUM”) events end-to-end (pre-, during and post-event) so that events are effectively and efficiently organised, in line with the image of the FORUM as an exclusive collaborative platform for directors of Financial Institutions (“FIs”).  Events may include high level dialogues with experts, training programs, conferences, focus groups, Board and Committee meetings, Annual General Meeting, meetings with vendors, etc.
  • Manage the liaison with the respective vendors including venue providers, audio and visual equipment providers, event videographer and photographer, caterer, etc.
2.Membership Administration
  • Assist the Manager, Membership and Operations in organising, managing, maintaining and extracting data from the FORUM’s Database System.
  • Organise resources and implements Membership renewal to members and subscriptions by new members.
  • Manage the day-to-day correspondences and requests from Member Directors and the company secretaries of member FIs.
  • Assist the Manager, Membership and Operations in the administration of marketing and sales-related matters.
3.Office Administration
  • Organise and implement effective office administration, which includes filing of corporate documents, setting appointments for the CEO and COO, answering phone calls and assisting the Manager, Membership and Operations in ensuring quality correspondences and handling public enquiries received via alumni at fideforum.org.
  • Manage, monitor and keep stock of office supplies, and general condition of the office in a proactive manner by working across departments.
